Info: Rebecca Clower was born in Chicago, grew up in Buffalo, NY and graduated from Arizona State University. Rebecca is fluent in Spanish, thanks to her mother who is "Tica"; she also studied Spanish in Costa Rica before college. Rebecca is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Florida, USA) and International Investor.
After selling millions of dollars in real estate and becoming a successful real estate investor in Florida, she has now relocated to Costa Rica to continue practicing her love for real estate, investing and to be closer to her family. She worked as a successful agent with Remax in Costa Rica before starting her own Real Estate firm alongside her husband Keith and Partner Jose Aguero. "Becky" has been nominated as one of the Top 100 Realtors in Costa Rica by the VIP Members of www.welovecostarica.com. She is also a contributing writer for www.welovecostarica.com as well.
Becky lives near Playa Conchal with her husband Keith and 7-month old son Kian Zachary.

Info: Born in Costa Rica, Jose Ma. Aguero grew up in a ranch near
Liberia, Guanacaste. Graduated with honors in Crop Science and Agricultural
Engineering at the University of Costa Rica, he developed and managed many farm
projects in irrigation, precision leveling, precision agriculture in Costa
Rica, Panama and Uganda (East Africa). He is also an incorporated Environmental
Expert registered before the SETENA.
Jose also established a successful dealership for GPS and precision farming
software for Latin America for FarmWorks Inc from Indiana, with sales
from Guatemala and Puerto Rico to Paraguay in South America. His sales
expertise allowed him to join successfully the real estate business with Re/Max
in Tamarindo, where he became one the two best selling agents for 2007.
His knowledge of land and project development, environmental regulations, local
resources and people makes him the ideal person to contact when looking for
investment projects.
He is married to wife Laura since 1980 and has three children.

Info: Keith was born and raised in Tampa, FL. After high school Keith was an electrical apprentice and and then worked as an estimator/project manager for Professional Electric Construction Inc. Keith then decided to change careers and attended The University of South Florida before moving to Eindhoven, The Netherlands to attend The Hogeschool Eindhoven where he graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy.
Keith is Licensed to practice with the State of Florida and owned a private practice in Tampa. Keith also worked in real estate investing, along with his wife Rebecca, through their former company, KRC Development, Inc. Alongside his wife, Becky, Keith now runs Blue Water Properties--a successful Real Estate business and offers property management for fine condos and homes in this area of Guanacaste.

Born and educated (SIU) in Illinois, Nancy moved to Denver with her 4 children to continue her successful real estate career. As an International investor and licensed Realtor in Illinois and Colorado, her 30+ years real estate experience has encompassed the management of rental property, purchase and sale of private homes, investment properties, commercial real estate and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two National Homebuilders. Info: Prior to becoming a licensed Florida Realtor, Sarah succeeded with different careers while studying International Business, as both an entrepreneur and running an insurance brokerage agency. Balancing her professional and educational careers, Sarah elected to study abroad in both Costa Rica and Barcelona to embrace the international market, while enhancing her fluency in Spanish.
In 2006, Sarah lived with a family for in San Jose, Costa Rica and further traveled the country studying the market and meeting with Real Estate professionals in the Guanacaste Region. This marked the beginning of Sarah’s journey to understand and be involved in the Costa Rican market. She has since relocated to the Gold Coast of Costa Rica full time – living her professional and personal dream, while helping others find theirs.
Sarah is a native Floridian, graduated from University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida - where her license is held.

Info: Andre Falco was born in Georgia, and grew up part-time in Georgia and part-time in the central valley area of Costa Rica. He graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Arizona specializing in the Automotive field. Andre moved back to Costa Rica after completing his college education. He is fluent in Spanish, thanks to both of his parents who are Costa Rican. He moved to Costa Rica planning on opening a luxury auto shop but instead ended up selling Real Estate in the central valley. Andre moved to Guanacaste in 2006 and worked in sales with one of the most exclusive Resort communities: Reserva Conchal. He was one of the top agents at Reserva Conchal and brings extensive knowledge of the area to Blue Water Properties. Andre is a real estate expert in both Guanacaste and the Central Valley and looks forward to helping you find your next great investment.
